Senior Pictures 101 ~ Regan

Senior pictures 101:  Make sure your subject is photogenic and adorable.  Find the perfect setting.  Lastly, pray the weather cooperates on picture day.  Check, check, check! 

I had the honor of taking Regan's Senior Pictures this past weekend.  I was very excited because it was my first time taking Senior Pictures and I knew Regan would be the perfect person to induct me into the Senior Picture-taking world.  As you can see from the photos below she is beautiful inside and out and it was easy to capture her shining light through my lens!

We used downtown Loveland (my cute little town) as our setting and the weather was awesome.  We ventured to the creek, railroad tracks, bike trail and even found a graffiti wall to use as a back drop.

Mine on Monday - Family Photographer

My family came to Loveland this past Saturday and we had such a great time!  Everyone was especially patient (except maybe my 3 year old!) while we took a family photo.  We have some very comical outtakes but I won't post those here for all to see.  

As you can see, Greyson and Trevin had so much fun running up and down the yard, flying the kite and climbing trees. Myles received a lesson in walking from Uncle Steve and Uncle Daman...thankfully the lesson didn't take, not ready for him to be walking yet.

It was wonderful to hang out with family on a beautiful fall Saturday!

New Friends - Family Photographer

Having moved to a new city, I was anxious to meet some new mommy friends.  Fortunately, I met Liz and her adorable daughters through Greyson's preschool.  Liz has become a wonderful friend and I am so grateful for the weekly playgroup events that she is so good at planning!

Sisters - Child Photographer

My dear friend and cousin came to visit us in Loveland and I was so happy to photograph her two beautiful daughters.  As you can see they adore each other and it was so much fun to capture their hugs and smiles.
It had been nearly a year since I saw them last and I can't believe how much they have grown.  They were featured on my blog in November 2010 (Three Musketeers published 11/9/2010).  They were adorable then and now.

Avery Kate is One ~ Child Photographer

After photographing Avery Kate, I knew I needed to resurrect my photography blog.  As you can see from the photos, Avery is absolutely beautiful and I wanted to share her with you.  She was a delight during the whole session and I loved spending time with her and her mom.  Avery is very dear to me and I am so grateful to have her and her family in my life!

Meet Stella ~ Baby Photographer
